Shipping
- All orders are shipped through Canada Post expedited shipping
- Please allow for 3-7 business days from the date of shipment for your package to arrive if you are ordering from within Canada, and 7-12 business days if you are shipping abroad
Returns
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and would like to do an exchange, please contact within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- you are responsible for paying to return the item and paying the cost of shipping for the exchanged item, unless the product you received was damaged
- the product should be returned in good condition
- once the original item is received, exchange will be shipped out. Any remaining balances will be paid/refunded at the time of exchange
Local Pick Up
If you live in Montreal and wish to avoid shipping costs and would prefer to pick up your purchase instead, please contact via email in order to arrange. Pick up available in the Mile End.
You may purchase your item(s) through the site and use discount code MONTREAL to evade shipping costs.
